How PureBox gives you time back - without moving anything without your approval.
Connect Gmail. We scan in the background (about 10 minutes) and email you when your Smart Sample is ready. Review once. Apply. Repeat automatically.
The Three Tracks
Every email in your inbox lands in one of three tracks. You always review before anything moves.
Messages that need your reply or a decision.
e.g. “A colleague asking about a deadline.”
Useful but not urgent - read later or reference.
e.g. “A receipt from an online purchase.”
Noise you never needed to see.
e.g. “A promo from a store you visited once.”

After the First Pass
Pro subscribers get continuous delta scans and real-time classification so your inbox stays current with minimal effort.
First scan
Smart Sample covers your existing inbox - about 10 minutes, runs in the background.
Delta scans (Pro)
New mail classified automatically as it arrives.
Weekly batch
~180 emails/week → one approval ≈ 45 min saved.
Monthly total
~3 hours back every month with a single review.
How we calculate time saved
Transparency is part of the product. Here's exactly what every time figure means - and what it doesn't.
Estimated clutter time
The projected manual time the clutter in a scan would take to handle. Shown on samples and previews, and always labeled estimated.
Reclaimable time
Time you can win back right now by applying your current suggestions. Shown on your cleanup queue.
Reclaimed time
Time actually won back after you approve. Shown on history and totals - never estimated.
The math, in one line
Each suggestion is counted as about 15 seconds of manual handling - a single, deliberately conservative average that blends the quick stuff (recognizing and clearing a promo) with the slower stuff (reading an update and deciding whether to reply). We use one honest rate rather than guessing per email.
Example: a sample that surfaces 40 suggestions shows roughly 10 minutes of estimated clutter time - small on its own, but it adds up every week, and nothing is moved until you approve.
Honesty notes
- Any forward-looking number is labeled estimated or projected.
- Reclaimed time counts only actions you actually approved.
- We count the cost of handling clutter - not time reading mail you'd have ignored anyway.
Safety Model
Four principles that keep you in control at every step.
